Matthew Trotter

Matthew Trotter joined Cafico International as Commercial Director in 2025, bringing over 20 years’ international experience across the financial services and corporate sectors. With a strong commercial background and a proven track record in strategic growth, Matthew leads the development and delivery of Cafico International’s financial services offering.

Prior to joining Cafico International, Matthew held a number of senior leadership roles across Europe, Asia, the UK and the United States, including Director and General Manager positions in regulated financial institutions and global service providers. Most recently, he served as Director of Services at a multi-jurisdictional financial services firm, where he led the global business development strategy, service innovation and client engagement across five international offices.

At Cafico International, Matthew works closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet regulatory, operational and commercial objectives.
