You will be a key part of a well-rewarded Finance team that offers financial accounting, regulatory and statutory reporting services to a broad portfolio of international business clients involved in industries such as private equity, real estate and structured finance transactions.

The candidate will have the following specific responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts under IFRS and Lux GAAP, as applicable;
Inter-company account reconciliations;
Analysis of debtors / creditors, maintaining invoices, billing and monthly bank reconciliations;
Assisting in the preparation of accounts from trial balance to financial statement level for client companies;
Central Bank and regulatory reporting;
Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, notaries, tax advisors and public authorities;
Direct and indirect tax filing preparation;
Acting as liaison between client and other internal departments;
Preparing standard company secretarial and legal documents;
Maintaining contact with lawyers and banks in order to achieve objectives in meeting deadlines and serving our clients’ needs;
Assisting with the ongoing development of best practices and processes;
Assisting day to day office management; and
Responding to queries in a timely manner.
Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Maths or Law;
1-2 years relevant Luxembourg work experience preferred;
Must have the desire to complete an accountancy qualification (ACCA ideally, or equivalent Luxembourg qualification);
Must be ambitious and able to work on own initiative;
Interested in international financial markets;
Excellent Word and Excel skills;
Versatile team player – flexible, pragmatic, thorough, proactive and service-minded; and
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a bright and positive outlook.
